Position Overview:

Teddy Morse’s Daytona Harley-Davidson, part of the Ed Morse Automotive Group, is currently seeking a Part Time Security Personnel at the Clarion Inn at Destination Daytona.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.

• Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies, following established protocols.

• Conduct regular safety checks, including doors, windows, equipment, and restricted areas.

• Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.

• Assist guests and employees with security-related concerns in a courteous, professional manner.

• Enforce property rules and regulations while maintaining a calm, approachable presence.

• Operate surveillance cameras and security systems as required.

• Work closely with management and local authorities when necessary.

• Support evacuation or emergency procedures, including fire alarms and medical events.

• Perform escorts for staff or guests when requested.

• Exemplify the Forbes Hamilton Standards of Excellence.

• Previous security or customer-service-related experience preferred.

• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused.

• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.

• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
