Ed Morse is currently seeking an Powersports Billing Clerk to join our team. 

Responsibilities

  • Audit and Post New and Used Retail Deals and Wholesale Transactions
  • Calculate Commissions
  • Process Lien Payoffs
  • Weekly review of schedules
  • Assist with month end closing
  • Perform other accounting tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in automotive billing or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of billing software and systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of titling process preferred but not required.
