Ed Morse is currently seeking an Powersports Billing Clerk to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Audit and Post New and Used Retail Deals and Wholesale Transactions
- Calculate Commissions
- Process Lien Payoffs
- Weekly review of schedules
- Assist with month end closing
- Perform other accounting tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in automotive billing or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of billing software and systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of titling process preferred but not required.

What you'll do
- The Billing Clerk will audit and post retail deals and wholesale transactions, calculate commissions, and assist with month-end closing. Additional responsibilities include processing lien payoffs and performing other accounting tasks as assigned.
