Ed Morse is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable - Accounting Clerk to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Daily processing of deposits
- Processing various GL account reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process incoming payment transactions
- Oversee vendor collections, follow up on delinquent accounts
- Assist with month end closing
Qualifications
- Have a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
- Great understanding of account reconciliations
- Automotive dealership experience is preferred
- Be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced office
- Excellent computer skills including Excel and Word
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
- Must be able to work well with people on all levels and be able to communicate effectively.

What you'll do
- The Accounts Receivable - Accounting Clerk is responsible for the daily processing of deposits and various general ledger account reconciliations, alongside processing incoming payment transactions. This role also involves overseeing vendor collections and following up on delinquent accounts, as well as assisting with month-end closing procedures.
