Ed Morse is currently seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Job duties include but are not limited to processing various GL account reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process incoming payment transactions
- Oversee vendor collections, follow up on delinquent accounts.
- Post lender funding and wire deposits.
- Billing car deals, wholesales & dealer trade paperwork.
- Prepare reports as requested by management.
- Assist with month end closing.
Qualifications
- Have a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
- Motorcycle or Automotive dealership experience is preferred.
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently, with minimum supervision.
- Familiarity with accounting computer software program
- Be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced office.
- Excellent computer skills including Excel and Word
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
- Must be able to work well with people on all levels and be able to communicate effectively with them.

What you'll do
- The Accounting Clerk will process various GL account reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Additional duties include overseeing vendor collections, posting lender funding, and assisting with month-end closing.
