Ed Morse is currently seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Job duties include but are not limited to processing various GL account reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Process incoming payment transactions
  • Oversee vendor collections, follow up on delinquent accounts.
  • Post lender funding and wire deposits.
  • Billing car deals, wholesales & dealer trade paperwork.
  • Prepare reports as requested by management.
  • Assist with month end closing.

Qualifications

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
  • Motorcycle or Automotive dealership experience is preferred.
  • Ability to handle responsibilities independently, with minimum supervision.
  • Familiarity with accounting computer software program
  • Be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced office.
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel and Word
  • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work well with people on all levels and be able to communicate effectively with them.
