pay $19.00-$29.00 hourly, 1st shift

Looking for a role with variety and flexibility? Join our team as a Machine Operator – Floater! You’ll operate multiple machines, assist where needed across departments, and ensure quality standards are met in a dynamic manufacturing environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Operate various machines including mixer, demold, sheeter, and die cutting
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
  • Input and retrieve data from ERP systems
  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members
  • Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple machine interfaces
  • Support production needs across different areas as required

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Proven ability to multitask in a stressful environment (dirty, confined spaces, strict timelines)
  • Read and understand units of measure
  • Ability to perform basic math functions
  • Comfortable with data entry and basic computer skills; ERP experience preferred
  • Must be safety-conscious and able to work overtime as needed
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Work Environment

  • Rubber manufacturing facility
  • Loud, dusty, and not climate-controlled
  • PPE required: safety glasses, steel/composite toe boots, ear protection
