  • Troubleshoot integration errors and address root‑cause issues across ERP and related applications.

Technical Execution & Support

  • Implement system changes based on functional requirements and solution designs.
  • Participate in code reviews, version control processes, and environment migration activities.
  • Assist with testing, deployments, upgrades, patches, go‑lives, and service management tasks.
  • Maintain detailed documentation including configuration notes, technical specifications, and support guides.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify business needs, gather requirements, and provide technical recommendations.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and architects on solution planning and lifecycle strategy.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate manual tasks, and improve system reliability.
  • Stay up to date on modern integration tools, emerging platform features, and secure development practices.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of application development and integration experience with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong technical skillset including C#, Java, PowerShell, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, HTML/CSS, and ASP.NET MVC.
  • Experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server preferred), REST APIs, and integration concepts.
  • Hands‑on experience with Kinetic, Workato, or similar integration/iPaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and code repository tools such as Git.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities, including translating business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
  • Experience applying ITIL or service management practices (preferred).
