Facilities Student Assistant
Ready to kick‑start your career while you study? Ecolab is looking for a Facilities Student Assistant to keep our Copenhagen office running smoothly and buzzing with good energy. What will you do:
- Support daily office operations in Copenhagen office
- Coordinate contractors, safety checks, and maintenance
- Keep the office tidy, stocked, and welcoming for colleagues and visitors
- Provide admin support to the Country Manager and Nordic Leadership Team
- Process invoices, update databases, and help streamline processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Excellent written and spoken English; Danish is an advantage but not essential
- Strong communicator with a service‑minded attitude
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling different tasks
- Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Confident using digital tools and office software
