About this role

En ECOLAB nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Ing. de Aplicación en Pacheco/Zona Norte, Buenos Aires.

Tareas Principales:

  • Brindar servicio contractual y ayuda a los clientes con el soporte de resolución de problemas con respecto a los productos / aplicaciones / soluciones de la Compañía.
  • Apoyo al personal de ventas del distrito en el manejo de llamadas de servicio del programa de la Compañía en productos y servicios existentes, y asistencia en los problemas de corrección según corresponda.
  • Evaluar problemas de campo en el sitio y operar el equipo de prueba requerido para devolver los sistemas a la conformidad del cliente.
  • Asistir en la preparación de informes que detallen problemas técnicos y soluciones para iniciar las modificaciones correctivas necesarias del producto y / o los cambios de proceso recomendados. Documente el valor proporcionado al cliente siempre que sea posible
  • Proporcionar servicios de recursos de instalación en base a la solicitud del proyecto necesarios para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente. Los servicios pueden incluir (entre otros) encuestas de campo, listas de verificación de instalación, servicios de asistencia de implementación.

Requerimientos:

  • Estudiantes de Ingeniería Química
  • Inglés Intermedio
  • Licencia de conducir vigente
  • Experiencia conduciendo de al menos 2 años.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar
