Our growing pension practice is looking for a talented, hardworking experienced actuary to be based in our Toronto office, serving Eckler’s clients across the country.
Our consultants are committed to providing clients with unsurpassed advice on their pension plans. Actuaries at our core, our team advise on a wide range of defined benefit, target benefit and defined contribution plans across the public and private sectors. Supported by consistent delivery on our promises and a collaborative approach that enables creative solutions and more informed decisions, we make the complex understandable – from plan design to the implementation of best practices, to the nuts and bolts of valuations.
For this role, we are looking for an individual with a strong actuarial background. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, is a self-starter, and can successfully manage competing priorities in a busy consulting practice. The candidate is expected to have proven work experience within the Pension field as they will support projects including the development and review of actuarial valuation reports.
