Product Manager- Banking Core

Ebury Bank São Paulo Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

Ebury drives strategy for the business, and as Product manager you will be responsible for the performance of your banking core and payments areas within the business, for both new and existing products.

What you’ll do

  • Strategic Roadmap Leadership: Drive the roadmap for our Banking Core Brazil domain, from accounts to settlement, prioritizing resilience and business growth.

  • Compliance Master: Act as the focal point for translating complex regulatory requirements (PIX, TED, SWIFT) into clear, scalable, and fully compliant product solutions.

  • Optimization and Root Cause Resolution: Base decisions on real data, investigating operational failures and technical bottlenecks to ensure maximum operational efficiency and the best experience for B2B/B2B2C clients.

  • Data-Driven Prioritization: Relentlessly defend trade-offs and prioritize deliverables using objective criteria: risk, business impact, and compliance — you must be able to say 'no' with conviction.

  • Global Collaboration: Actively coordinate local stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Treasury) and global Engineering teams to accelerate time-to-market.

What you’ll need

  • Proven Experience: Solid track record as a Product Manager in a strictly regulated environment (banks, fintechs, payments, or acquiring).

  • Payments Ecosystem Mastery: Deep working knowledge of PIX, TED, SWIFT flows and robust experience with the lifecycle of bank integration and settlement.

  • Regulatory Mindset: Proven ability to understand and translate Brazilian regulation (BACEN, KYC/KYB) into clear, functional product requirements.

  • Ownership & Proactivity: Strong Owner's Mentality, taking full end-to-end responsibility for results and avoiding problem delegation.

  • International Communication: English is essential for leading discussions and aligning with global engineering teams and leadership.

Why Ebury?

  • Competitive Starting Salary with an annual discretionary bonus that truly rewards your performance from day one.

  • Dedicated Mentorship: Learn directly from experienced managers who are invested in your success.

  • Cutting-Edge Technology: Leverage state-of-the-art tailor made tools and systems that enable you to perform at your best.

  • Clear, Accelerated Career Progression: Defined pathways to leadership and specialist roles within Ebury.

  • Dynamic & Supportive Culture: Work in a collaborative environment where teamwork and personal growth are prioritized.

  • Generous Benefits Package: Access competitive benefits tailored to your location, which typically include health care and social benefits.

  • Central São Paulo Office: A fantastic location with excellent transport links.
