Customer Service Graduate 


Ebury Leon Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week


We are looking for a Client Servicing Graduate to join the Servicing Team in our Central Leon Office. This role will report to our Client Servicing Manager. We are looking for someone who can ideally speak Spanish and English, although any other languages will be an asset.


What you’ll do


● Safeguarding Ebury and our existing Clients from financial crime risk - including money laundering, terrorist financing, bribery and corruption, fraud, sanctions risk, tax evasion and reputational risk
● Resolution of customers related issues on email and chat

● Liaise with most typology of requests involved in the team’s workflow

● Manage requests for information relating to the client’s account or activity with Ebury

● Efficient management of a personal portfolio of cases and tasks

● Proactive follow-up with clients and sales representatives to ensure timely completion of cases and tasks

● Complete allocated tasks with focus, and in a timely manner

● Communicate the status of tasks to colleagues and Supervisors, escalating problems swiftly, as needed

● Uphold and reinforce company and departmental values

● Adhere to all internal policies, processes and procedures

● University degree
● Diligent, with excellent attention to detail

● Proactive, with the ability to work within strict time-frames and under pressure

● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

● Highly empathetic, with strong active listening skills

● Co-operative, and comfortable working in a team environment

● Curious and eager to learn, and actively asks questions to confirm understanding of processes and procedures

● Adaptable, with the ability to cope with changing products, processes and procedures

● Fluency in English and Spanish, any other language is considered a real benefit
