You will </span><span>move beyond simple linear chains to build agents capable of loops, reasoning, </span><span>and self-correction.</span></li> <li><span>Data Integration &amp; Tooling: Build secure, low-latency pipelines that allow agents </span><span>to autonomously query internal APIs, retrieve documents and execute tool calls </span><span>securely.</span></li> <li>Reliability &amp; Governance: Implement guardrails to prevent hallucinations. You&nbsp;<span>will ensure every agent decision is logged, explainable and fully auditable for </span><span>regulatory purposes.</span></li> <li>Production Engineering: Own the full technical roadmap from prototype to&nbsp;<span>production, ensuring systems are deployed using Infrastructure-as-Code </span><span>(Terraform/CDK) and meet strict security standards</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span>Required Qualifications</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Core Engineering &amp; Python: Strong background in software engineering and&nbsp;Python. You write clean, production-grade code and understand distributed&nbsp;system design.<br></span></li> <li><span>Agentic AI Experience: Proven hands-on experience building agents that use Tool Calling and RAG. You understand the difference between a simple LLM call and a stateful agent workflow.<br></span></li> <li><span>Cloud Native (AWS): proficiency in the AWS ecosystem (Lambda, S3, IAM, DynamoDB).
