About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Infrastructure Engineer with proven expertise in Server, Storage and Virtualization environments. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing enterprise storage, server, and virtualization environments to ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, Configure, Support enterprise Server, Storage and Virtualization environments.
• Manage NetApp storage systems (ONTAP, SAN, NAS, iSCSI, NFS, SMB, SnapMirror, SnapVault).
• Administer Virtualization platforms ( Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV, VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, XenServer)
•  Install ,Configure and troubleshoot Server and storage hardware ( Dell servers, Cisco servers, NetApp )
• Perform Infrastructure upgrades, firmware updates, and patch management.
• Optimize infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues using Dell OpenManage, NetApp Active IQ, and VMware vRealize.
• Automate provisioning and operations and alerting using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Support request and incidents
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to meet RTO/RPO targets.
• Follow the change management process to implement change requests
• Participate in on-call rotation

Qualifications :

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering with focus on Dell, NetApp, VMware technologies.
•  Knowledge of Windows /Linux server administration
•  Solid understanding of enterprise data center operations and ITIL best practices.
•  Understanding of Network, DNS, AD, Firewall, NTP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
