<h3><strong>What your day-to-day will look like</strong></h3>

<div>As Senior Legal Counsel the person will work in a team that is in charge of preparing and managing the corporate acts of all our companies, making technical decisions and guiding the management on the corporate procedures that must be observed.<br>You will be responsible for:</div>
<ul data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0">
<li>Formalizing the corporate acts of Brazilian and foreign EBANX companies and monitoring the conclusion of other legal procedures;</li>
<li>Reviewing the corporate acts/documents formalized by other members of Corporate Affairs team;</li>
<li>The relationship with the foreign law firms and monitoring their procedures related to the corporate acts;</li>
<li>Organizing and monitoring the schedule of ordinary and extraordinary meetings that must be held in companies;</li>
<li>Participating in meetings, including with external advisors, shareholders, managers and other stakeholders;</li>
<li>Participating in the M&A processes, representing the Corporate Affairs team;</li>
<li>Providing support for all EBANX teams in matters related to corporate acts.</li>

<h3><strong>What you need to shine in this role</strong></h3>
<p> </p>
<ul data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0">
<li>Bachelor of Laws;</li>
<li>Solid experience with corporate law and procedures relating to the preparation of corporate acts of Brazilian and foreign companies;</li>
<li>Fluent English is mandatory, Spanish is desirable;</li>
<li>A keen interest in learning, working with and developing a career in Corporate Law.</li>
</ul>

<p>• LL.M. in Corporate Law<br>• Experience in M&A transactions and corporate governance for listed companies.</p>
