You will be responsible for creating a unified product-owned governance model that ensures readiness, visibility, and proactive execution of all Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and regulatory requirements that impact our payments capabilities.<br>This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and our global merchant base. You will play a critical part in enabling EBANX to scale safely, maintain performance, unlock new features, and operate with predictability in fast-evolving markets.</p> <p><strong all markets;</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Build a centralized governance model that brings structure, visibility, and ownership to scheme and regulatory requirements;</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Partner cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, legal, ops, and country teams to assess impact, scope solutions, and ensure on-time delivery;</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Track the evolving landscape of scheme mandates, regulatory changes, and technical requirements, anticipating their implications for EBANX;</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Prioritize mandates and compliance initiatives based on risk, business impact, and market strategy;</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Manage the full lifecycle of each mandate, from understanding requirements, to defining product impact, to coordinating implementation and ensuring readiness ahead of deadlines;</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Guarantee clear communication, documentation, and alignment across teams, enabling predictable execution and reducing operational risk;</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Act as the internal expert on scheme and regulatory evolution, supporting strategic decisions and shaping future data-stringify-border="0">Fluent English;</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Proven experience in product management, payments, regulatory compliance, or fintech infrastructure;</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Strong understanding of the global payment ecosystem, scheme rules (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), and regulatory frameworks;</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory or scheme requirements and translate them into product impact;</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership;</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Experience working in agile environments and leading multi-team initiatives under tight deadlines;</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguity, build processes from scratch, and drive predictable execution in complex contexts.</li> </ul>
