Do you have solid experience in product design and the ability to apply user-centered design methodologies? If so, this Mid-Level Product Designer role is the perfect fit for you!</p> <p>In this position, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design process, from research to final delivery, ensuring that our Merchant Experience products meet the needs of global partners. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, propose creative and effective solutions, and contribute to the continuous evolution of our product experience while strengthening the strategic vision of design within the company.</p> <hr> <h3><strong>Your day-to-day impact:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Conduct user research including interviews, usability tests, surveys, and workshops and synthesize findings into actionable insights that guide product decisions and ensure user‑centered solutions collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers;</li> <li>Design simple, user flows and interfaces, creating quick sketches and low‑fidelity explorations to support fast ideation. Develop journey maps, service blueprints, and detailed user flows that translate product structures into clear visual artifacts to help teams understand complexity and align around customer needs;</li> <li>Develop intuitive interfaces for mobile and desktop using Figma, creating responsive layouts, interaction patterns, and visual specs that support engineering implementation.
