Summary
This position is responsible for executing daily retail tasks and activities to ensure retail operations are consistent with company goals and objectives. Daily tasks include managing the POS system, restocking shelves, promoting sales and loyalty programs, and keeping the store clean and organized. They will ensure customer satisfaction by staying knowledgeable about products and working with colleagues to provide excellent service. Additionally, they may also support the fulfillment warehouse if needed.

You will be expected to continuously develop your skills and expand your capabilities as you progress in your role. The schedule below outlines how your responsibilities and growth will evolve based on the total tenure.
Total Tenure: 6+ months (Budtender)
Job Experience: delivery, fulfillment, retail, customer service, or hospitality industry experience.
Total Tenure: 12+ months (Lead)
Job experience: Prior Eaze experience considered, 1+ years of experience in delivery, depot, retail, customer service, or hospitality industry
Total Tenure: 24-36+ months (ASM)
Job experience: Prior Eaze experience considered, 2+ years of experience managing a team, proficient in Microsoft & Google Suite
