About this role

Deliver relevant levels of sales activity with customers, in line with targets through face-to-face or digital engagement Own sales drive and efficiency: Seek and adopt digital tools to achieve efficiency and effectiveness Drive pull-based activities with target customers Energy Systems and Solutions: work with business units to execute key strategic projects which fit our commercial buildings strategy in the UK Market understanding: understand the competitive landscape, key customer and needs, contribute to new offer creation and launch processes Marketing: work closely with the UK and Ireland marketing teams to drive strategic plans for new customer acquisition, retention and growth CRM analytics: Work with leadership and colleagues to analyze and drive insight on activity rates, pipeline build, and conversion rates in order to achieve targets Understanding and hands-on experience in electrical engineering Experience working in a B2B environment, working with specifiers in construction or technology Essential: Sales planning and execution, experience of adoption of CRM (preferably Salesforce) and use of Power BI Preferred: Understanding of - UK construction sector, commercial building electrical infrastructure, competitive landscape, power distribution solutions Naturally inquisitive, adaptable and open to new ways of operating Embrace change, Lay out a compelling vision of the future, Build strong (internal & external) customer relationships and anticipate / deliver customer centric solutions Focused on consistently achieving results, even under adverse conditions
