Responsible for maintaining and improving the infrastructure, equipment, and utilities of the facility to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety. Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently and reliably. Respond to and resolve facility-related issues and breakdowns promptly. Plan and execute facility improvement projects, renovations, and equipment installations. Design specification for facility or utility building project. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure facility readiness and support manufacturing needs. Bachelor's degree or above. Above 3 years facility. Good communication skills. Familiar with utility power system design,Autocad,MS Office. Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized. Excellent communication skills and a strong team player. Builds effective collaboration across teams to achieve common goals. Able to work under pressure and eager to learn. Highly initiative-driven with flexibility to adapt quickly in a matrix organization. Works effectively with cross-functional teams to meet targets within tight timelines.
