This position is accountable for providing on site business and technical support across SAP dispute coordination, first line IT/OT support and escalation, Information Security (IS) governance for the EAS site, and Supply Chain (SCM) procurement support to ensure compliant, secure, and efficient EAS operations. Act as the on site coordinator for SAP disputes (e.g., PTP approvals, PO/GR/IR variances, supplier invoice issues, order entry exceptions), ensuring timely triage, root cause analysis, and resolution. Open, track and escalate incidents via ServiceNow/ChaRM in line with SAP COE governance (incl. emergency change justification and escalated approvals) and follow through to closure with clear stakeholder updates. Maintain local SAP access hygiene (role requests, approvals), coordinate site UAT/smoke tests during releases/hypercare, and document workarounds and post incident learnings Provide first line support for end user computing, printers/scanners, basic networking and shop floor OT endpoints; log tickets with the Global Support Center and track SLAs. Escalate security incidents and major IT issues per the enterprise incident workflow; coordinate with Enterprise Cyber Security and basis/infra teams and capture resolution details for audit trail. Support planned changes (patching/rollouts) and site readiness communications; maintain inventory of critical endpoints and OT interfaces under change control. Operate and continuously improve the site ISMS aligned to EASA Part IS and ISO 27001, including risk assessment, control implementation, incident response, awareness/training and KPI tracking. Coordinate OT cybersecurity baselines for industrial assets (zones & conduits, segmentation, hardening) aligned to IEC 62443; work with ECS and Quality to ensure safety is not compromised by security controls. Prepare and support internal/external audits (ISMS, QMS, authority audits), maintain records and corrective actions, and contribute to audit readiness. Execute PR/PO creation, supplier communication and expediting to meet production schedules; track deliveries and GR posting in SAP in alignment with SCM policies (Direct, Indirect, Capital, Payment Terms). Support RFQ and supplier onboarding, ensure contract and DoA compliance, and leverage Ariba Guided Buying where deployed; maintain working capital discipline and data quality. Partner with SCM to monitor material availability, shortages and MSL, and provide reports for SIOP meetings as required. Keep procedures, SOPs and knowledge articles current for SAP disputes, IT escalation, IS/OT controls and procurement workflows; ensure controlled distribution and versioning under QMS. Track site KPIs (incident MTTR, SAP dispute cycle time, IS training completion, OT hardening progress, PR to PO lead time, on time delivery) and drive corrective actions. Support authority audits (e.g., CAAM/FAA/EASA) with evidence packs from IS/OT and SCM perspectives. Perform any additional tasks or projects assigned by your manager to support site operations and organizational objectives. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in handling ad hoc responsibilities while maintaining compliance and quality standards. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Information Security / Engineering / Business (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years in SAP user support (preferably MM/PTP), service desk/desktop support, ISMS/OT security, or SCM buying in a regulated manufacturing/MRO environment. Familiarity with EASA Part 145 and Part IS expectations for IS/OT in maintenance organizations is an advantage. Analytical problem solving, stakeholder management, clear written/verbal communication (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
