The Solderer (White Room) is responsible for soldering and reworking very small and intricate products. The ideal candidate will have exceptional hand dexterity along with a working knowledge in reading, interpreting, and utilizing technical procedures and blueprints. The individual must be comfortable working in a team environment. This first shift position is well suited for a patient individual who is a fast learner, is focused on quality output, and enjoys working in a demanding atmosphere. Solder electro-mechanical components under a microscope and/or a magnifying glass. Assemble, setup and maintain tooling. Recommend design and process improvements to enhance manufacturability. Perform visual inspection of parts. Maintain quality records. Required: Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
