Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep projects on track.</li> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with department leads and project teams across Easygo to foster effective communication, alignment, and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.</li> <li>Strategic Planning and Execution: Participate in the development and refinement of program strategies that align with Easygo’s growth roadmap. Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans.</li> <li>Risk Management: Identify and assess risks associated with program initiatives, implementing mitigation strategies to minimise impact on project outcomes and timelines.</li> <li>Resource Allocation and Management: Coordinate project resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to optimize efficiency and productivity across all program initiatives.</li> <li>Business Analysis: Document, analyse, and continuously improve business processes to ensure they meet operational excellence and compliance effectiveness.</li> <li>Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders and senior leadership on program status, achievements, challenges, and any changes to timelines or project goals. Provide clear and concise reporting.</li> <li>Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the program management framework, implementing best practices to enhance team performance and project success.</li> <li>Operational Integration: Ensure that completed programs are seamlessly integrated into Easygo’s operational workflow.
