There really is something for everyone here, whether you work in Tech, Marketing, Operations, Mathematics or Design, we are sure to have something for everyone.<br><br>Click play, on your career today!<br><br><strong>What you will do:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build semantic features and attributes that support consistent reporting and analytics.</li> <li>Create and maintain reports and dashboards that clearly communicate metrics and performance trends.</li> <li>Deliver ad-hoc analyses and insights in response to stakeholder requests.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve reporting structures and enhance metric clarity.</li> <li>Support tracking of KPIs for product, operations, and business growth.</li> <li>Work closely with stakeholders across product and other Kick operations to understand data needs.</li> <li>Partner with senior analysts and engineers to support development of robust data assets and pipelines.</li> <li>Communicate findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical teams.</li> <li>Share knowledge and promote good data practices across teams.</li> <li>Maintain accuracy, clarity, and reliability of dashboards and ad-hoc reports.</li> <li>Ensure consistent metric definitions and documentation for dashboards.</li> <li>Monitor for missing data, performance issues, or discrepancies, and escalate when necessary.</li> <li>Develop a strong understanding of the live streaming ecosystem to contextualise insights.</li> <li>Stay curious and informed about analytics best practices and industry trends.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you will bring:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years in data analytics, reporting, marketing analytics or related roles.</li> <li>Strong SQL and Python skills for querying and transforming data.</li> <li>Proficiency with BI tools to create clear, actionable dashboards.</li> <li>Exposure to cloud-based data platforms such as Azure, GCP and/or AWS.</li> <li>Ability to communicate technical insights in simple terms.</li> <li>A meticulous approach to work, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
