Theatre at Healesville Hospital is a dynamic and supportive environment, built on a culture of teamwork. Surgical specialties include General, Gynaecology, Endoscopy and Colorectal.

Healesville Hospital’s one theatre operates Monday – Wednesday.

 

 

About you 

 

 

To be successful in this role you should possess: 

 

  • Current registration with AHPRA. 
  • A minimum of 3 years Peri-Operative experience. 
  • Post Graduate qualifications within the Peri-Operative environment will be highly regarded. 
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills. 
  • A strong commitment to high quality care. 
  • The ability to work as part of a diverse team. 
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
