Rolling Green Village is a not-for-profit retirement community with a 35 Year Track Record of Excellence and a 5 star nursing home rating – Quality Care.

We are currently seeking hospitality minded painter.

Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding care to our residents.

The Painter is responsible for coordinating the painting through cooperation and service to all other departments to provide prompt, efficient and high-quality results from the maintenance department.

 

Essential Job Duties:

 

1.         Responds to work order requests in a timely manner.

2.         Performs proper repairs needed.

3.         Before painting, all proper steps must be performed on all painting projects.

4.         Performs periodic inspections to all common areas, paying special attention to cosmetic appearance.
