Part-time sign-on bonus $9,500 and the full-time bonus is set at $17,500!
Full- time and Part-time available – 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts
Additional annual Retention Bonus of $2500 - $5000
Salary: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour (shift differentials are included)

Schedule:
1st shift: 6am - 2pm
2nd shift: 2pm - 10pm
3rd shift: 10pm - 6am
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
- Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
- Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
- Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
- Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
- Current nursing license valid in Michigan
- Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community

What you'll do
- This position involves providing direct nursing care to residents, delegating tasks, and supervising care provided by Resident Assistants. Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, monitoring medical/behavioral changes, developing care plans, and reporting community conditions to management.
