About this role

Hours of work: 14 hours per week 
Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 13 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)
(As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata)

Manor Primary School is a large school situated in the north of the town of Uckfield. Our children attend from the local area as well as the surrounding villages. Our school motto is, “Everyone Matters, Everyone Helps, Everyone Succeeds” and we are very proud of our inclusive ethos.  Supporting our ethos, are our values of Respect, Responsibility, Creativity, Curiosity and Perseverance.

We are looking for a teacher to join us as a teacher in Y1 (job share). This is to cover a period of ill health.  As a two-form entry school, you will have the advantage of joining a strong, supportive teaching team including Teaching Assistants and Individual Needs Assistants across the year group.  To provide our children with the continuity of quality first teaching and to maintain the excellent start they have made, the successful candidate will:
