The Changing Futures Programme Sussex aims to create an environment where individuals experiencing multiple compound needs, who repeatedly fall through the net of service provision, receive flexible, trauma informed, person-centred support. The Social Worker will be part of a multi-disciplinary team who will adopt a curious, creative and collaborate approach to service provision. We are looking for innovative thinkers and those that truly believe and practice a trauma informed approach. The team will be part of the wider Changing Futures Sussex Systems, change priorities to identify blocks and barriers in the system, recognising best practice and flexible working to overcome the challenges facing people with multiple complex needs.
The role covers service delivery across East Sussex. Hybrid working arrangements are applicable to the role, this includes elements of office-based working, client visits and working from home. The office base for this role is St. Mary’s House, Eastbourne. You will need to demonstrate you can meet the travel requirements of the role in your application.
This role will give the successful candidate fantastic experience working in a busy team with a range of knowledge, skills and experience whilst working in a multi-agency context.
