This role is responsible for delivering high‑level executive support to the Director of Adult Social Care & Health (ASCH), the Lead Member of ASCH, and the Programme Director for East Sussex Health & Care Transformation enabling them to focus on strategic leadership and informed decision‑making. You will manage complex diaries, maintain effective information and correspondence systems, and oversee the PA team who support the department’s Assistant Directors and Heads of Service. The role involves working closely with senior leaders, handling confidential and sensitive issues , and representing the Chief Officer in daily communications. This is a valuable opportunity to build organisational insight, develop leadership and priority‑management skills, and play a pivotal part in supporting strategic leadership across the department.
