If you’re as passionate as we are about our mission, read more below, and let’s build something great together!</p></div><p><strong>The </strong><strong>Client Happiness Associate, Conversion &amp; Sales</strong><strong> will report into the Origination Leadership team</strong><strong>.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>As the </strong><strong>Client Happiness Associate, Support &amp; Sales, </strong><strong>you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Take a proactive approach via multiple channels (phone, emails, SMS, etc) in initiating contact with potential clients, employing engaging communication and tailored strategies to effectively address their needs and guide them through the decision-making process towards conversion.</li> <li>Work closely with clients to navigate any obstacles in the process, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a commitment to achieving conversion goals.</li> <li>Utilize CRM software and other tools to track customer interactions and manage leads effectively.</li> <li>Regularly review and assess personal performance against conversion targets, seeking feedback and employing self-directed strategies for continuous improvement in client engagement and conversion outcomes while achieving a high-quality standard of service.</li> <li>Assist in handling inbound calls related to Client Happiness Origination, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to excellent service when needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>2-3 years of relevant sales and or customer success experience in relationship or consultative sales.</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.</li> <li>Passion for helping customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and building long-term client relationships.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Even Better:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.</li> <li>Familiarity with CRM software such as Zendesk, or similar tools, is preferred to effectively track customer interactions, update information, and manage leads.</li> <li>Experience in the student lending, banking, or financial aid space.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Where:</strong></p> <ul> <li>This role will be based in the US.</li> </ul> <p>#LI-GA1</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>A little about our pay philosophy: We take pride in compensating our employees fairly and equitably.
