This role safeguards reliability, uptime, and performance across projects by establishing rigorous quality standards, validating system functionality, and driving continuous improvement throughout the integration lifecycle.</span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Build quality plans for each data center project covering design reviews, panel build inspections, PLC/HMI/SCADA standards, and network configuration validation.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Oversee FATs, IFATs, and integrated site commissioning steps to ensure sequence-of-operations accuracy, redundancy performance, alarming strategies, and failover logic.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Validate that all systems meet stringent uptime expectations (Tier III/Tier IV) and comply with owner-furnished specs.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Implement repeatable test procedures for EPO systems, electrical monitoring, BMS, EPMS, SCADA, and third-party system integrations.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure accurate documentation, test records, and traceability for all hardware, software, and network configurations.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Drive rapid root-cause analysis for field issues, commissioning deviations, and system performance gaps.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Track and analyze quality KPIs—developing insights that reduce rework, minimize commissioning defects, and improve first-pass yield on high-volume, repeatable build programs.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support process standardization across panel fabrication, software development, configuration management, and change control.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Enforce documentation accuracy for design packages, test plans, redlines/as-builts, network diagrams, firmware versions, and naming/tagging conventions.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">5+ years of experience in quality management within system integration, critical infrastructure, data centers, or industrial automation.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong knowledge of BMS/EPMS systems, PLC/SCADA architectures, networking fundamentals, and commissioning processes.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with Tier standards (Uptime Institute), redundancy schemes (N+1, 2N), and mission-critical operating requirements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Familiarity with Colocation design standards and commissioning workflows is highly preferred.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
