<p><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}">We are seeking an experienced <strong>MES Engineer – Recipe Authoring (Syncade)</strong> to design, configure, and support electronic batch records and workflows in regulated manufacturing environments. The role involves close collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure compliant and efficient MES execution.</span></p>

<li>Develop and maintain Electronic Master Batch Records (eMBR), recipes, and workflows using MES platforms such as<strong> </strong>Emerson Syncade</li>
<li>Translate process specifications and SOPs into compliant digital workflows</li>
<li>Prepare and execute validation documentation and testing (IQ/OQ/PQ)</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and EU Annex 11</li>
<li>Troubleshoot MES and recipe execution issues on the shop floor</li>
<li>Manage recipe lifecycle including version control, change management, and archival</li>
<li>Support integration of MES with ERP (SAP), LIMS, PLC, and SCADA systems</li>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science or related field</li>
<li>3–7 years of experience in MES or IT application support within regulated industries</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Syncade</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of ISA S88 / S95 models</li>
<li>Working knowledge of SQL Server</li>
<li>Good understanding of GMP and API / Biotech manufacturing</li>
<li>Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills</li>
