<p><strong>You Will:</strong></p>

<li>Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and proactively offer solutions that enhance customer operations, not just restore them.</li>
<li>Coach and provide phone support for engineers on site, equipping them to handle critical issues with confidence and skill.</li>
<li>Maintain relationships with our engineering team, motivating volunteer support for complex issues when needed.</li>
<li>Identify, develop, sell and execute engineering projects.</li>
<li>Lead by example, staying until the job is done, no matter how inconvenient.</li>
<li>Balance your engineering expertise with business-minded judgment, understanding the impact of downtime and the value of rapid resolution.</li>
<li>Identify, analyze, and repair equipment failures, order, and replace parts as needed.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot PLC & HMI code.</li>
<li>Understand and can follow NFP70e Safety Standards.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot control systems networks and control panels.</li>
<li>Able to understand and interpret P&ID drawings, electrical drawings, and network drawings.</li>
<li>Perform start-up testing and customer training on features and general maintenance of products.</li>

<p><strong>You Have:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in troubleshooting automated control systems, PLC, & HMI</li>
<li>Ability to use hand tools and electrical testing equipment</li>
<li>Consulting experience</li>
<li>Rockwell PLC/HMI/SCADA experience </li>
<li>Ignition SCADA experience.</li>
<li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">The ability to apply first principles thinking to learn any platform or device on the spot.</span></li>
<li>Experience implementing detailed control system electrical design packages</li>
<li>Working knowledge of control system networks (Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, etc.)</li>
<li>Instrumentation experience</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
