Beyond greeting and directing members, guests, and staff upon entry, they serve as representatives of our gym's commitment to exceptional service. The Service Associate will handle member inquiries and requests, offer knowledgeable assistance, and ensure every individual feels valued and supported in their fitness journey. While these responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum, our Service Associate remains flexible and adaptive to the evolving needs of our gym, with duties subject to change under the discretion of management. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":1,"335551620":1}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Oversee and manage check-in alerts and notifications. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":1,"335551620":1}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":1,"335551620":1}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Process payments for memberships, classes, and retail items. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":1,"335551620":1}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of all gym members and staff. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":1,"335551620":1}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Monitor and manage inventory levels for coolers, beverages, and bar items, as well as track sales performance. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":1,"335551620":1}"> </span></li>
<li>Support a clean and well-maintained facility by conducting gym walks, picking up trash, restocking supplies, and completing locker room and bathroom checks.</li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":1,"335551620":1}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":1,"335551620":1}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":1,"335551620":1}"> </span></li>

<li>Follow all current company policies and standard operating procedures, which may be updated or changed over time.</li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":1,"335551620":1}"> </span></li>
