<p><strong>Department:</strong> Facilities Improvement</p>

<p><strong>Core Purpose:</strong> To enhance facilities and create exceptional experiences for our members.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage all administration aspects for capital expenditure projects, reporting directly to the Facilities Improvement Manager.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects align with strategic objectives.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the appropriate departments (Operations, Facilities, Marketing) on project impact. </li>
<li>Maintain records of vendors, contracts, and project documentation.</li>
<li>Act as a liaison between the facilities department and construction vendors.</li>
<li>Updating invoice tracker in Smartsheet upon approval in Filebound.</li>
<li>Research and evaluate new vendors and suppliers.</li>
<li>Develop and update standard operating procedures for facility improvement projects.</li>
<li>Analyze feedback metrics and dashboards to identify areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Create and update project templates.</li>
<li>Update project lines with incoming information, pictures, and schedules.</li>
<li>Update projects with marketing as needed.</li>
<li>Creating and maintaining asset sheets.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Experience and Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or related field.</li>
<li>Strong background in administration management and budget oversight.</li>
<li>CPR Certification required within 30 days of hire.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li>
<li>Experience with project software and project administration.</li>
</ul>

<li>Proficiency in computer systems and data management.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet.</li>
<li>Physical ability to lift and move equipment weighing more than 40 lbs.</li>
<li>Flexibility with an evolving role.</li>
<li>Consistent from start to completion on project tasks with strict deadlines.</li>
<li>Ability to occasionally travel into other markets.</li>
