The Team – your impact 

As Team Lead Low Code Engineering (f/m/d) you will lead a diverse and international team of experts focused on the delivery of RPA and Power Platform based solutions. Together, you play a critical role in driving the intelligent automation of E.ON’s internal processes.

 

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

  • Lead a cross-functional, international team across Germany, Romania and Netherlands
  • As Team Lead, you will apply strong consulting skills to assess IT/digital needs or challenges, deliver strategic technology guidance, and lead clients through effective digital transformation initiatives
  • Deliver objectives and key results and ensure high-performance, quality and reliability
  • Contribute hands-on in engagements with your strong technical consulting expertise in RPA and Power Platform
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends in AI, Power Platform and RPA and empower your team to turn relevant insights into real solutions
  • Take ownership of the P&L and ensure utilization of your team

 

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

  • Experience in a leading role preferable within a software development or AI Engineering department
  • Graduated in Computer Science or a related technical discipline and significant hands-on work experience
  • Extensive knowledge in RPA (preferred BluePrism) and the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Demonstrated ability to assess complex IT/digital challenges, develop structured, pragmatic solutions that align with client objectives
  • Excellent leadership, consulting, and presentation skills paired with a passion for automation
  • Trusted advisor mindset, committed to building strong client relationships, adapting to change, and consistently delivering value in dynamic IT/digital environments
  • Fluency in German and English and willingness to travel
