Are you a proactive sales professional with a knack for growing markets? EO Johnson Business Technologies is seeking an energetic Account Executive ready to expand our presence in the Twin Cities market! Your mission: aggressively grow our customer base through strategic cold calling, outreach, and relationship-building.

 

Your Role:

  • Lead market expansion by prospecting new clients via cold calls and face-to-face meetings
  • Identify customer needs and tailor innovative business solutions like copiers, printers, and imaging software
  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies, turning prospects into long-term customers
  • Build meaningful relationships with prospects and internal teams
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that win business
  • Use CRM tools to plan and manage your scheduled meetings and follow-ups
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to drive company growth

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of successful sales experience, especially in B2B or tech-related sales
  • Confidence in cold calling and lead generation
  • Strong communication, persistence, and proactive attitude
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and cultivate new opportunities
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and goal-oriented approach
  • Willingness to travel locally around Minneapolis
