About the role

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the design and delivery of Dyson’s E-Commerce analytics strategy, spanning both owned and external channels.
  • Define and implement a unified KPI framework linking performance to tangible business outcomes—revenue, profit and growth.
  • Oversee full-funnel analytics, attribution, and incrementality models—ensuring insights drive action, not just reporting.
  • Guide trading, promotional strategy, channel investment decisions and the product roadmap with actionable analytics.
  • Spot new growth opportunities across all E-Commerce touchpoints.
  • Be a key partner to Trading, Digital Product, Marketing, and IT—challenging thinking and enabling rigorous decisions at executive level.
  • Champion data quality, automation and consistency—driving up analytical maturity and reducing manual effort.
  • Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing global analytics team.

KPIs:

  • Incremental revenue and growth driven by analytics-led decisions
  • High data quality and fast, reliable data access
  • Streamlined, automated reporting and reduced duplication

About you

  • Senior experience in global E-Commerce and digital analytics environments
  • Deep knowledge of web analytics, funnel optimisation, and attribution modelling
  • Proven skill in translating complex data into clear commercial recommendations and actions
  • Confident influencer of stakeholders across Product, Trading, Marketing, and IT
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, experienced in bringing clarity and structure during change
  • Track record of scaling analytics capabilities across markets and platforms

At Dyson, Reward goes beyond just salary and bonuses. Through a comprehensive package of Financial, Lifestyle, and Health Benefits, we provide support tailored to every stage of life and the moments that matter most.

Working policy

At Dyson, our vibrant campus culture is built on in-person collaboration, creativity, and shared learning. Working side by side not only fuels our innovation, but also creates a strong sense of belonging. To nurture this dynamic and inclusive environment, we do not offer a regular hybrid working arrangement.

Key areas of focus have included high-speed electric digital motors, sensing and vision systems, robotics, machine learning and aerodynamics.

Beyond products, to encourage an inventive future, Dyson is also inspiring the next generation of engineers and inventors through the Dyson Institute of Engineering and Technology, the James Dyson Foundation and the James Dyson Award.

The Dyson family applies its problem-solving approach in other fields, and established Dyson Farming in 2012. It is one of the largest farming businesses in the UK, extending to 36,000 acres across Lincolnshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and Somerset. It is a family-owned enterprise unlike any other, focussed on long-term investment in British farming and the countryside to grow tasty and nutritious food.
