Reporting to the Head of Demand Planning, you will be instrumental as a strategic differentiator in support of Dyson’s growth and customer experience.
The Market Demand Planner will be key, as the unbiased function, to lead the multi-functional team efforts in accurately forecasting the true demand. This role will be bringing the outside in, ensuring high quality and accuracy in Dyson’s planning efforts, feeding accurate by SKU forecast to the Supply team so they can provide the right level of service and inventory to deliver the business.
You will:
Lead transformation of current process & ways of working to deliver a new Operating Model for “best in class” demand planning across the market.
Develop and coordinate demand planning and budgeting processes used within the organization (lead the local IBP process)
Demand Forecasting: Utilize historical data, market trends, and inputs from sales and marketing teams to build accurate and timely bottom-up demand forecasts (based on validated assumptions collected during monthly cycle). Analyse demand patterns and identify factors that may impact demand fluctuations.
Design & implement reasonability tools to deliver against the principles of 50/50 demand management.
Responsible of forecast accuracy overall, root cause analysis and action planning
Cross functional collaboration with Sales, Finance and Marketing
Closely work with the Supply Chain Managers by focusing on giving them the right input (by SKU/CRG sell-in forecast) to deliver the needed levels of service and inventory
Performance Analysis and Reporting: maintain and communicate a suite of relevant KPI’s with a strong focus behind RCA and continuous improvement, communicated to key stakeholders in a meaningful way.
Proactively identify opportunities for demand planning process improvement. Overall lead a culture of continuous improvement
Coordinate efforts to achieve our targets (volume and value), timely identify gaps vs. target if any and ensure proper allocation of resources to maximize profit
Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of demand planning reports and other intelligence essential to the Global Revenue and Supply Chain organizations. Recommends revisions to existing reports or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed
Implements enabling technologies and/or support deployment of global solutions in the region
Build a network across markets to share & reapply best practice.
In depth knowledge of demand management and proven track record of delivering results in complex environments.

Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
+4/5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
Proficiency in demand planning software and statistical forecasting techniques
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Competitive starting salary from PLN 175,000 annually (for a full-time position), with potential for a higher offer based on skills and experience
