  • 制定并执行酒店渠道销售策略,完成年度销售目标。

  • 深入理解酒店行业客户需求,提供定制化解决方案,提升客户满意度。

  • 与市场、产品、售后团队紧密合作,确保项目顺利落地。

  • 定期分析行业趋势与竞争对手动态,提出改进建议。

任职要求

  • 本科及以上学历,市场营销、酒店管理或相关专业优先。

  • 5年以上B2B销售经验,熟悉全国酒店渠道经销商体系及酒店集团客户资源。

  • 具备较强的商务谈判能力与项目管理能力。

  • 优秀的沟通能力和跨部门协作能力。

  • 结果导向,能承受一定的工作压力。

  • 英语能力佳者优先。
