About the role 

  • Support the National Media Manager in developing National and Online Retail Media strategies. 

  • Manage digital media budgets and allocate funding across the funnel to ensure strategic goals are met. 

  • Participate in the execution of paid media go-to-market deliverables, including briefs, requirements, checklists, calendars, budgets, asset plans, and workback schedules. 

  • Manage National Media and Amazon Retail Media calendars. 

  • Coordinate asset creation, briefing, review, and approval for all paid acquisition campaigns, working closely with both internal teams and external partners. 

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, manage timelines, and consolidate feedback. 

  • Work collaboratively across internal marketing and sales teams, external agencies, retailers, and platform partners to support the execution of digital media campaigns—spanning paid search, paid social, programmatic display and video, and emerging ad opportunities. 

  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on digital plans and campaign execution. 

  • Monitor digital media performance at each stage of the funnel, tracking KPIs to deliver on or exceed targets while maintaining a positive return on investment. 

  • Collaborate with media agencies to deliver post-campaign analysis and improve advertising effectiveness by relentless testing, targeting, and plan refinement. 

  • Facilitate efficient campaign management through clear communication, strong attention to detail, time management, and strategic thinking. 

  • Become a subject matter expert for ecommerce marketing, understanding search considerations, onsite and offsite ad offerings, and platform targeting and reporting capabilities. 

 

About you 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field. 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising and online retail media. 

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and industry trends, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation. 

  • Strong analytical mindset; skilled at tracking, interpreting, and using performance metrics to inform decisions. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 

  • Experience with Adobe, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and data visualization tools is an asset. 

  • Creative problem-solver with experience developing effective, visually aligned creative assets within brand guidelines. 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively across internal teams and external partners. 

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. 

  • Able to adapt to changing priorities, thrive under pressure, and maintain a proactive, “get things done” attitude.

Salary : $75,200 - $84,600 annually + bonus opportunity
