About this role

Positions Overview:

 

We are looking for an experienced Aftersales support Engineer – NPI & Quality. This is a role that aims at taking the lead of new product launch and monitoring product quality issues. The successful candidate must have technical background, with several years’ experience of new product introduction or product quality monitor & optimization.  You will work closely with customer service, aftersales, global service design, global NPD and RDD team and be an important part of the China Aftersales competence team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for conducting new product launch, ensuring the completion of all preparation work from service perspective.

  • You should keep close communication with Global NPD team to get latest updates of new product and share with the local service team.

  • You should keep close communication with Global service design team to get latest updates of new repair & service solutions and share with the local service team.

  • You need to offer technical & product trainings to both internal trainers and operation team to help them understand product features and master repair & service solutions.

  • You should monitor quality and safety issues and escalate to RDD for solutions. Work with RDD team on Quality issue optimization programs.

  • It’s important of you to leverage data analysis capabilities to extract key insights from complex data and use them to guide the smooth introduction of new products and continuous improvement of product quality.
