Are you a dedicated veterinary student ready to elevate your clinical skills this summer? We’re excited to launch our 2026 Vet Student Bootcamp, a paid, immersive 10-week summer internship where you’ll gain real-world veterinary experience and hands-on training within our network of privately owned hospitals.
This is an intensive, paid veterinary internship designed to deepen your clinical knowledge and practical experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Participants will learn veterinary medicine through education, clinical experience, and active participation in patient care.
Program Features:
10-week paid internship with structured learning and mentorship
Case rounds and journal club discussions
Wet labs and skills workshops
RECOVER CPR certification included
Hands-on clinical experience in: primary care, urgent care, and surgery
TNR clinics where you will serve as the primary surgeon with a mentor
Requirements:
Commitment to the full 10-week program
Mandatory orientation week attendance
Up to 40 hours/week in-hospital, with additional hours for labs, lectures, and TNR sessions
Active participation in all clinical and out-of-hospital learning activities
Occasional evening and weekend shifts; ECC track includes overnight experience
One week paid time off is provided
Housing is available on a first-come, first-served basis—making it easier for you to focus fully on your learning and professional growth (rent $175/week with a $200 reservation deposit required).
This bootcamp is ideal for vet students who want to build confidence, get hands-on clinical exposure, and grow their skills alongside experienced professionals—all while earning compensation and valuable credentials.
