Description

 

Oversee the Beverage Department. Track product shortages and equipment needs. Interview, hire and train new staff in their job duties. Responsible for liquor inventory, scheduling, shift bids and managing budget and labor costs.

 

Qualifications 

 

Communicate effectively in both written and verbal form. Experience managing a bar in a high volume beverage environment. Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand the activity in the department.
