Description:
Responsible for overseeing the Slot Department’s day to day operations. Directs Lead Floor Supervisors, Slot Ambassadors etc. Provides feedback on procedures for efficiencies. Reviews internal controls relative to movement of sensitive materials on the slot floor. Communicates long term goals and direction to Slot department. Supervises, coaches, counsels, disciplines. Responsible for scheduling.
Qualifications:
Minimum age requirement is 21. Minimum 1 year experience in a Slot Supervisory position preferred. Effective communication skills. Ability to coach, develop, counsel and discipline. Knowledge of slot equipment. Excellent computer and organizational skills.
