About the role:

We are looking for a Back-End or Full Stack Developer to join Dura Digital’s Digital Engineering Studio. This role focuses on application maintenance, enhancements, and continuous improvement across multiple cloud-based systems.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders, product owners, architects, and other engineers to support and evolve critical applications, balancing technical excellence with real business needs.

This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working across systems, taking ownership, and contributing to stable, scalable solutions in complex environments.

What you will do:

• Write high-quality, maintainable code, setting a strong standard for quality and delivery.
• Support and collaborate directly with business and technical stakeholders as needed.
• Design and maintain performant, robust APIs for mobile and web clients.
• Build, manage, and optimize scalable distributed systems in cloud environments.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, and cross-functional team members to deliver cohesive, user-focused solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, tooling, and processes.

What you bring:

Back-End (Primary Focus)

• Professional experience with .NET / .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS preferred), including:
  • API Gateway
  • Lambda
  • S3
  • RDS / DynamoDB
• Experience building, testing, and deploying serverless backend services.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and web protocols.
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub.
• Solid experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira.

Front-End (Nice to Have/ Full Stack)

• Professional experience with  React.js and its core principles.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, effective technical solutions.
• Sensitivity to UI/UX considerations when building user-facing features.
