This is a unique opportunity to shape how millions of learners engage with Duolingo, not just today, but for years to come.</p> <p>You will work <strong>hand-in-hand with the Head of Community</strong> to craft and build the community function from scratch. You’ll bring creative ideas, help define structure and best practices, and co-create a vision for what a high-impact, high-delight global community looks like at Duolingo.</p> <p>At the same time, you will <strong>own and lead the day-to-day engagement across our community channels</strong>.
