Consultant(e) en recrutement – Secteur Santé

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recrutons un(e) Consultant(e) en recrutement spécialisé(e) dans le secteur de la santé.

🎯 Missions

Vous interviendrez sur un poste polyvalent, à la fois recrutement et commercial :

  • Sourcing et recrutement de profils médicaux et paramédicaux
    (médecins, personnel de bloc opératoire, manipulateurs radio, etc.)

  • Qualification des candidats, entretiens et suivi des placements

  • Développement et gestion d’un portefeuille d’établissements de santé

  • Prospection commerciale et mise en relation candidats / établissements

  • Suivi de la satisfaction clients et candidats

👤 Profil recherché

  • Profil confirmé, idéalement avec une expérience en recrutement, commerce ou secteur santé

  • Excellentes qualités relationnelles et sens du contact

  • Autonome, polyvalent(e), organisé(e)

  • Goût prononcé pour le terrain et le développement commercial

💼 Conditions

  • Salaire : 2 500 € net fixe + commissions

  • 13ᵉ mois

  • Véhicule de fonction

  • Poste évolutif, avec autonomie et responsabilités
