In this role, you will:
- Prepare and serve Dunkin’ beverages and food items with quality and care
- Greet guests warmly and provide fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Operate registers and handle cash transactions confidently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and work areas
- Restock supplies and ingredients to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Work collaboratively with your team to keep the energy high and guests happy
- Assist with training new team members as needed
Qualifications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- No prior experience necessary; training provided

Pay Range: $15.16 per hour - $17.16 per hour

Physical Requirements
This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Tasks may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, moving equipment, and other labor-intensive duties in a fast-paced environment.
