Function: Operations
Location: BKC, Mumbai
\n- Conduct independent product demonstrations based on customer use cases, explain key features and capabilities, and propose the most suitable product or platform while supporting sales with scope documents and pitch decks.
- Act as the product owner and single point of contact for all sales‑related product queries, maintain and update presales collateral, ensure product content reflects the latest releases and GTM needs, and deliver targeted sales training to bridge knowledge gaps.
- Manage end‑to‑end product operations during the pre‑signing phase by addressing customer queries, engaging during POC, and supporting the full trials process.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve product issues or bugs and provide market and competitor feedback to strengthen product capabilities.
- Master’s Degree / MBA in Engineering, Business, or any other relevant professional field.
- 2–4 years of experience in product demonstrations, presales, sales enablement, or customer engagement roles.
- Experience in solutioning customer use cases and recommending suitable products or platforms.
- Ability to create and manage presales collateral, pitch decks, and scope documents.
- Strong analytical skills to provide market and competitor feedback.
